Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with anything purchased from our website, please contact us at https://SeedMyGarden.com/contact immediately so we can help to resolve the issue. Although we don't accept returns, we will go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund those items.
Live plants
Due to the nature of shipping live plant, we do not accept returns for live plants. Please double check your order before submitting payment through our website.
If you were sent the wrong number of plants or incorrect varieties, please contact us at https://SeedMyGarden.com/contact within 30 days of receiving your plants and we will gladly send you the correct items.
If a plant dies during transit, we will gladly send another if we still have inventory of that particular variety. If we don't, we will provide a refund for the plants that died.
If a plant dies within 60 days of receiving it, contact us and we will gladly replace or refund the plant.
Other Items
For other items on our website, we do not accept returns for those items.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you to solve the issue or refund your order. We will also send replacement items if you feel as though the items you received were faulty.
